Refills

All prescription refills must be initiated by your pharmacist.  This is the fastest, most efficient method of receiving your medications without error.  Please call your pharmacist at least 24 hrs in advance of picking up your prescription to give Dr. Zurinaga enough time to approve.

MAIL IN PRESCRIPTIONS

If you use a mail in service such as Express Scripts, Medco, etc, we will fill your prescriptions twice a year.  So please, plan your refill needs accordingly. 

Lost prescriptions will incur a $25 replacement fee.

Blood Work

All routine blood draws (defined as monthly or quarterly draws) must be drawn at your local Lab Corp facility.  The closest facility to our office is located at:

Aetna insurance patients must go to Quest Laboratory.

Lab Orders can be faxed or mailed and results usually arrive within 2- 3 days.
